Need help with Daydream? Find answers below, or reach us at support@daydream.world. We read every message.

Quick fixes

Most issues clear up with one of these:

  • Fully close and reopen Daydream.
  • Check your app store for a pending Daydream update and install it.
  • Check your device’s network connection — watching and making scenes need a stable connection to work.

Still stuck? Email support@daydream.world with what you were doing, what happened, and your device, and we’ll help from there.

Signing in

You sign in to Daydream with Apple or Google, so there’s no separate Daydream password to remember or reset. Your stories, progress, and gems are saved to that account: on a new device, sign in with the same Apple or Google account you used before and they’ll be there. If you can’t get in, email us and tell us which one you used.

Gems, tickets, and purchases

Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play. If something you bought didn’t show up, open the shop in Daydream and tap Restore purchases. If it’s still missing, email support@daydream.world with your receipt or order ID.

If a scene fails to generate on our side, the gems it used are returned automatically.

Refunds are handled by the store you paid through, under its own policies: request one from Apple or see Google Play refunds. If a store refunds a purchase, what it added to your account may be removed.

Memberships

Memberships renew automatically until you cancel. To cancel, open your App Store subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions at least 24 hours before the next renewal. Deleting your Daydream account or the app doesn’t cancel a membership.

Reporting content

To report a scene that is inappropriate or wrong, use the in-app Report action on that scene. To report anything else, such as a comment, profile, or story, email support@daydream.world with a link to it.

To report content that infringes your copyright, email team@daydream.world with the details listed under Copyright complaints (DMCA) in our Terms of Service.

Your account and privacy

To delete your account, open Daydream, go to your Studio or profile, tap the gear for Settings, and choose Delete account. If you can’t use the app, see Delete Account.

For what Daydream collects and why, see the Privacy Policy. The rules for using Daydream are in our Terms of Service.
